Historically, business leaders in Nevada have relied on Republican majorities to build and maintain the pro-business culture in the Nevada government. The changing demographics in Nevada have made Republican majorities unlikely to achieve and nearly impossible to maintain.

It has been over a decade since we have had sustained, pro-business majorities for more than two years. This has created a toxic culture in Nevada’s government that is hostile to the business community.

It doesn’t matter that we win key elections in swing districts if the culture of government in Nevada is progressive and anti-business.
